SCHOOL POLICY AND PROCEDURE DEVELOPMENT
Dr. Jenkins assists schools in creating school policy and procedure manuals to ensure individual, classroom,

INDIVIDUAL AND WHOLE SCHOOL WELLNESS SCREENING
Dr. Jenkins can assist schools in creating a whole school wellness screening approach that will monitor individual children,
classrooms, and whole school wellness. This procedure can be used proactively in early identification of students
who are displaying concerning behaviors, and classroom clusters that might require additional Tier 2 (small group) support systems to be put in place.
CRISIS INTERVENTION
Crisis intervention is provided on pro-bono basis to schools. The extent of Dr. Jenkins' intervention depends on availability,
but she will always do her best to help guide and counsel school administration during emergencies. Some of these to date have
included student and faculty deaths, suicide attempts, child protection issues, and national disasters.
SUPERVISION SERVICES FOR SCHOOL COUNSELORS
Supervision for school counselors has been provided by Dr. Jenkins to several academic institutions. This supervision
can be a "one-off" consultation session due to a particular individual student issue or for a larger school context dilemma.
Supervision can also be provided on a regular basis (weekly, bi-monthly or monthly) to provide mentoring to counseling departments.
CONSULTATION AND PLANNING FOR INDIVIDUAL STUDENT NEEDS
Dr. Jenkins often assists schools in creating individual behavior plans or Individualized Educational Programs
for students with unique social or learning needs in the academic setting.
